Mariah Leonard

Mariah is someone who has dedicated her life to transforming people in the general population, geriatric individuals, disabled athletes and the rehabilitation of professional athletes.

She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a fitness specialty and a training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her accolades include serving as a stretch technician for the 2018 NFL Combine, assisting in the rehabilitation of several 2021 Olympic athletes and serving as the tactical fitness specialist for various fire departments.
