Are you ready to grow that booty and enhance your lower body strength? The Peach Plumper 30 day booty challenge is packed with lunges, step-ups, and a variety of plyometrics to give you that peachy, plump derriere you've always wanted!

But the benefits don't stop there. In addition to a plumper booty, you'll also see improvements in your balance and endurance. And the best part? You don't need a ton of equipment to get started - just a few basic items and a willingness to work hard!

Each week, you'll push yourself to new heights by performing bodyweight squats (air squats) for time. This time trial will be used to measure your progress, and your goal is to beat your squat score each week!
