Core Powered is a 30 day planking challenge is designed to help you enhance your planking proficiency so that by the end, you can hold a plank for 5 minutes. Over the next 30 days, you will engage in a daily practice of planking, gradually building up your strength and endurance.
Each day, you will be presented with a new plank variation, designed to challenge your core and improve your form. These variations will include side planks, reverse planks, and plank jacks, among others. You will start with short planks and gradually increase your plank time each day, building up to a final 5-minute plank on day 30.
By engaging in this challenge, you will not only develop a stronger core but also improve your overall strength, balance, and flexibility. Planking is an excellent exercise for building core stability, which is essential for good posture, balance, and injury prevention. Additionally, the Core Powered challenge will help you to develop mental toughness and discipline, as you work to improve your planking proficiency day by day.
To get started with the challenge, all you need is a little bit of space and a willingness to commit to daily planking.
