The 30 Gallons in 30 Days challenge is designed to help you build a habit of drinking water and reap the many benefits it provides, including improved digestion, healthy skin, and better regulation of body temperature.

Over the course of 30 days, you will gradually increase your daily water intake from 1/2gallon to 2 gallons, helping your body stay hydrated and healthy.

Drinking enough water can be a challenge, but this challenge includes small exercises to help build up your thirst and make drinking water a regular part of your routine. Each day, you will receive tips and tricks to make drinking water easier and more enjoyable, as well as small exercises that help to stimulate thirst and remind you to drink enough water.

As you progress through the challenge, you will notice an improvement in your digestion, healthier-looking skin, and fewer signs of premature aging. Your body will also be better able to regulate its temperature, leaving you feeling more comfortable and energetic.

By the end of the challenge, you will have built a lasting habit of drinking enough water every day, setting yourself up for a lifetime of improved health and well-being.
